Delivery Policy

The Masterlink Materials Exchange connects buyers with available surplus materials. Where delivery is offered, Masterlink Solutions may arrange transportation on behalf of the buyer.

Unless otherwise stated in the product listing:

• Delivery will be arranged by Masterlink Solutions

• A delivery charge will be added to the order

• Delivery costs will be calculated based on location, weight and transport requirements

Some listings may allow collection by the buyer or customer-arranged transport. Where this applies it will be clearly stated on the product listing.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

• Material location

• Transport availability

• Order size

• Destination

Estimated delivery times will be provided after purchase where applicable.

Masterlink Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by:

• courier or transport providers

• weather or traffic conditions

• circumstances outside our control

If special delivery requirements are needed (forklift, tail lift, restricted access etc.) please contact us prior to ordering.

Where delivery is arranged through the Masterlink Materials Exchange, transport will be organised by Masterlink Solutions unless otherwise specified in the product listing.

Delivery charges will be applied where applicable and are based on distance, material weight and transport requirements.

In some cases buyers may arrange their own transport or collect materials directly from the seller. This will be clearly stated on the relevant listing.

Masterlink Solutions reserves the right to adjust delivery arrangements where necessary to ensure safe and efficient transport.
